早餐:五谷豆浆+麦片
午餐:100g白饭+豆芽+茄子+猪脚
零食:山核桃仁一撮,豆腐干一片
晚餐:五谷杂粮苹果豆浆100ml

运动
深蹲起20个
来回走路上下学各40分钟
